The website. Everything here — words, layouts, grades, and cuts — belongs to Odessa Quill Cinema unless credited otherwise. Don't republish the work as your own. Sharing links and embedding the public pages with credit is fine.

The free treatment template. It is a working document, free for your own pitches and productions. You may adapt it, rename it, and bill clients with it. You may not resell it as a standalone product or publish it as your own template.

No promises. A great deck improves your odds; it doesn't guarantee a greenlight, a premiere, or a budget. Figures and anecdotes on this site describe past projects, not future results.

Commissions. Video commissions are agreed in writing per project — treatment, locked budget, shoot dates, two revision rounds, delivery kit. Nothing on this site is a quote; every song gets its own numbers.

Questions. Anything unclear, ask before assuming — use the booking form.
